A Poem by Norman223

An experimental doodle.... Try it!

With the Mobius strip, I decided

To experiment, so I applied it.

By twisting it twice

 Before making the splice.

 Then cut it lengthwise

And surprise ,surprise.

You get a ring with another inside it.

 But if you can't resist

Only making ONE twist

How do you surmise

 You get only ONE  ring.

... But it's double  the size.

You are a bit twisted this time Norman but very amusing. I've had fun making these in the past. In a moment of madness I wondered whether you could actually write a poem consisting of two syllable words onto the strip itself and then by cutting it you would get two poems. Yes - I am bonkers. Glad to see you are being creative.

like Lord of the Rings---one ring that makes others---
one love that expands into others---two rings intertwining...doesn't seem as big as one ring by itself, but is more powerful.

Nice new clean style of page layout! Love it! Now, about the concept . . . this is where you do a great blend of your natural artistry, as well as your talent for words. I looked it up, but still can't visualize how this thing works. I'm going to have to go to you-tube later & find a film so I can see it. But the web is kinda slow right now on this, the biggest cyber shopping day of the year, supposedly! It's definitely slow, but I guess it's all those billions of dollars being separated from their credit cards! *smile* Love it when your mind is humming with wit. My favorite thing is when a writer has new, interesting, unusual things to write about every time. In this, you rock! (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie
