To be that redeeming love for you,

to take away all of your hurt and your pain

to hold you close and never let you go.

I promise, that no matter what has happened,

please do not hide from me,

I want to take you in, embrace you, redeem you and love you

I want you to be MINE forever

because you have always been mine.

Even when ran away, even when you took your own path and ignored me.

I followed behind you.

I watched you, I carried you while you slept

I embraced you during nightmares, and I helped you cross every bridge.

Yet you still ran, you still pushed away, 

You knew I was there, you could feel me, even when you didn't want to.

You knew I was there.

and those times when you clutched your heart out of pain,

those times when you felt it breaking, those moments, when you were ready to just give up,

that is nothing compared to the pain I felt having to watch you go through that, 

thinking you were alone

thinking that no one cared for you, that no one loved you. 

You were always SO loved. 

You always will be. 

Because I will always come to your rescue, you have unlimited chances with me. 

your opportunities are endless and you will always have me to come and redeem you. 

so don't you ever think for just one moment that you are unworthy, unloved and un-cared for.

Because you will ALWAYS have me. 

always.
