A Life Away

I really wished I had the chance too meet you,
to see who u really were.
I was so distracted.
Shoulda opened my eyes;
maybe seen whats inside.
Ur heart, my mind,
closed.

Some say, that were given second chances.
To secretly open another door.
Unnoticeable findings of whats missing or missed.
I see indifference, discreetly profiling you,
changes.

Saving your a*s by catching another side winder.
Laughing continuously at our pictures.
Wishing what we could of done.
Ur beautiful, so kind.
Intolerable,
I love you.

I always thought I'd save your soul someday,
Ha ha,
It's weird i know,
But...
I thought, maybe someday,
You'd save mine.

 Your southern state;
it's ah, confusing.
So I drew a treasure map,
to map myself in finding you.
Someday, I will find you,
hold on.

I'm smiling, its been awhile since I've smiled.
Airlessness in my lungs.
I have no choice.
I had no idea,
just changing.
For you, and your human,
and I'm in love.

 So close your eyes, love,
cuz I'm in love.

Good thoughts and memories in this poem. Regret and hope is a motivating factor when we have nothing left. Good ending to a excellent poem.
