How does it feel?

How does it feel?

A Poem by October

Decisions stain our life.
Stain this knife.
With the blood of my hands,
My wrists,
Your heart.
It hits the spot.
You said you couldn’t stand,
To let go of my hand.

But how does it feel now?
To know you lost.
How does it feel now?
To know it was all for nothing.
The tears on your face,
Make me want to bring this bomb to your lips,
Give it a taste.
So, how does it feel now?
How does it feel?

I’m as bitter has f**k,
So it looks like you’re out of luck.
No one to call your own.
No where to call a home.
With the pain on your palms,
You could paint a billion lives,
Just to show me how it’s done.
Just to show me who has lost.
Just to show me who has won.

You are a solution to an unknown equation.
The answer to a problem,
That I never realized was there.
You could save the world with one glare.
She could kill everyone with a stare.

But how does it feel now?
To know you lost.
How does it feel now?
To know it was all for nothing.
The tears on your face,
Make me want to bring this bomb to your lips,
Give it a taste.
So, how does it feel now?
How does it feel?

Don’t give me that look, babe.
It’s the oldest one in the book, babe.
I can’t stand to see another frown.
My watch says it’s past time for us.
This is getting so old.
You’d think her breasts were made of gold.
So grant me one last good-bye.
I don’t want to live this lie.

But how does it feel now?
To know you lost.
How does it feel now?
To know it was all for nothing.
The tears on your face,
Make me want to bring this bomb to your lips,
Give it a taste.
So, how does it feel now?
How does it feel?
