Trail of Happiness

There are angels among us.

By my side you have been,

always with me through thick & thin.

 

Never once straying off the path

that has brought both tears & laughs.

 

Smiles, hugs & happiness you have brought

when sadness was all I had in my heart.

 

Never realizing what was going on

until the day I thought you were gone.

 

My heart felt empty, dark & cold

wishing I had someone to hold.

 

Back in my life you are for a while,

bringing with you all the smiles.

 

Thank you for helping me in every way,

hope happiness comes to you on this special day.
