A little poem about the Civil War.

I am but rejected.
Alone, forgotten.
Leave me be.
Goodbye...
Hear my cries, but don't look back.
Falling, falling with the dawn.
Depart, and you'll be forgiven.
For, that is why you came.
To kill in a sea of blue and gray.
