Don't Die Young Today

Well, another war-like poem, somewhat inspired by Rise Against [: Interpret however you wish to!

The winds die,

As we heard a great boom.

Flash of metal, bloodied eyes.

Tears of misadventure, flood your face.

Dying young was never in mind, unless reminded by time,

ticking away, each moment becoming further behind you.

Don't forget you have an expiration date too.
