FondA Poem by John Alexander McFadyenFond My heart is snagged on the barbs of frustration; upon the horn of this dilemma your kiss and touch tell me you want me. They seem to have meaning, They are passionate; They feel true deep. I have never felt such want that takes me to delight at the slightest touch. I have never risen so readily at a simple glance. Never wanted to enter so stiffly, so deep and to pleasure another so, so delightfully. These feelings are expressions of my love for you. You hold me transfixed in the majesty of you. And I am lost in your cause; yet you hold me in abeyance; at a distance, and are merely ‘fond’ of me. © 2012 John Alexander McFadyenReviews
