Our Eyes Met

Our Eyes Met

A Poem by John Alexander McFadyen
"

My breath was stolen.

"

Our Eyes Met

I looked into your face

and creation began again,

I was born once more

into a world

full of amazing colours,

fragrances so heady

as to mesmerise,

captivate

and fill me with

deep, divine desires.

You are a woman

whose face shows

the sharp lines of

life's hurts

and yet

you have noble

and strong

beautiful features.

A maturity that shows

both class and

amazing sensuality

Attraction and attention I guess when two people connect but don't know one another. Many thanks Ron.. read more
oh the beauty of a woman who has lived graciously through adversity ... well done! i instantly have those eyes you speak of come to mind ..and it triggers a flood of warm tenderness with it ... maybe a little edit in:
" and strongly
beautiful features. .. i think "strong" would flow more naturally
i have to thank you for sharing this ..i want to just sit and enjoy those memories it invites in me ..such eyes indeed!

About
Well, have a long and complicated story and started it as an autobiography on Bebo but got writer's block/memory fogging. People liked it though and kept asking for the next chapter! fools.. more..
