This poem is minimalist but very effective. It is a perfect example of less is more. The language isn't too elaborate which fits perfectly with the style of the poem. I particularly love the structure, the indented lines mimic the letters flying into the ocean. The story isn't complicated, and the things unsaid make the reader create their own story as to what happened before. I really enjoyed this piece, well done!
