It seems that Autumn's just begun -
the tips of leaves shine in the sun,
the baseball season's over, done
and soon we'll all join Winter's fun.

The Summer heat replaced with rain
and cooler temps we meet again.
A pile of leaves will entertain,
adults and kids just can't abstain.

The breeze grows cooler ev'ryday
while trees shift back and forth - ballet -
and underneath, the couple's sway...
One might become a fiance.

For Fall's a time when love finds those
with beauty shown in words of prose
and colors showing passion's throes,
the throes that grow through Winter's snows.
