As Time Stands Still

As Time Stands Still

A Poem by Sharon Miller Bolander
"

A passionate moment on the beach captured in time

"

 Secluded paradise for two,

Our beach with sounds of ocean’s roar---

How good it feels to be with you;

Together we’ll let passions soar.

Your eyes say, “Yes!”

Your lips seduce.

In your caress,

My sighs come loose.

We climb the hills of ecstasy

In heartbeat-pounding heights of bliss

And feel the waves of passion’s sea

In each and ev’ry tender kiss.

Without a word.

Our bodies speak;

Our cares are blurred

In love’s mystique.

Our wants and needs, we shall fulfill

As, in this moment, time stands still.
