A Christmas (acrostic)

     Love Crafts fresh optimism

And the Hearts of many

      Will Ring out its goodness

Bringing Into a cold darkness

  A light So heavenly pure

That all Those who witness

Are Moved to tears of joy

Sensing A peace so profound

    Each Soul shines more brightly

Now this is super cool.
I've never seen acrostics done inward of the first letter of the first line.
Seems like it took a lot more brain work doing it this way.
Cheers! I always fiend for things I haven't see yet, and you satisfied that.

Thanks for that.

Perhaps on Christmas morning we can see the brightest Light when the birth of a baby brings Hope to the world forevermore. Your poetry shines ever so brightly. truly, Pat

Many thanks for your kind review John - :-)
Such a soft and gentle write...nearly a prayer...for Christmas. A perfect acrostic for the holiday. I liked the way you had the letters for the word "Christmas" at the center of each line, not the first letter. Merry Christmas to you, Phill. Lydi**

A Christmas (acrostic)
Phil Oz O'fee,
The beauty of Christmas is in it's meaning of hope...such warmth. It comes in the cold of winter with shorter days and less light.Jesus Christ taking away our pain and then being our wonder. The innocence of the Christ Child bringing true light and freedom. Your acrostic makes the points which bring a wonderful feeling of joy and hope to humanity. I say good job dear poet!
Blessings,
Kathy
