Screams Of The Tyrant

Screams Of The Tyrant

A Poem by Phillip J Clayton

Looking back at me;
An abyss with promise of limitless potential.
Not certain of it's past.
Always arriving; Constant change is in inevitable.

There will be no more silence!
No rolling over and die;
Greet the unknown with fierce;
A positive stand against all odds.

Unlike the frail minded who gave in;
Rise...Not as a phoenix;
But as a man who has nothing to lose but himself.
I am the tyrant this is my future.
Rise!

About
In the professional space, I am almost a diety... I say that with the greatest of humility. In my personal life I am frail and a primitive man... Self-actualization is not all it's cracked up to be. .. more..
