Heaven's Holy Choir

Heaven's Holy Choir

A Poem by Melinda McQueen
"

Angels singing with all their being.

"

Gathered in reverend fear,

The angels drew near.

A chorus filled the heavens

As the world’s greatest gift was sent.

Singing as never before

In honor of the King they adore.

Heaven’s holy choir in praise

To the One making the way.

Gathered in one accord

To worship the Lord,

The angels were in awe

By what they saw.

For there was God in Christ

Very much alive.

Heaven’s holy choir sung with joy

To the newly born baby boy.

Witnessing the Savior for the first time,

The angels worshipped the Divine.

Feeling the all-consuming love

Which came from above.

The day marked in history

For all to believe.

Heaven’s holy choir

Beheld Heaven’s holy Child.
