Red

I'm in a really angry mood, so wrote this

Red,

Red as deep as the sea,

Red,

Red is all I is see.

 

Anger builds inside the place where I hide alone,

My rage turns me into that which I fear.

 

Red,

Red as deep as the sea,

Red,

Red is all I see.

 

The tiny glasses that make up my mask crack,

and I lose myself,

Cutting away at my skin,

and I lose myself,

and I lose myself.

 

Red,

Red as deep as the sea,

Red,

Red is all I see.

 

Anger claws at my heart,

it's influence transforming me into the beast you made me,

Anger tears at my soul,

taking away the person that I once ones,

Anger takes over

 

Red,

Red as deep as the see,

Red,

I liked it, we dont even need you to tell us what it's about, there is great emotion portrayed here! I saw the word "red" and immediately my thoughts turned to blood. I hope your emotions change soon, it's not good to be angry for long, hopefully this poem has let all of it out of you :) I also hope it isnt you who's causing these "cuts" to you, whether they may be physical, or emotional. Wonderful poem to say the least, feel better :)

I think you should repeat the entire "Red, Red as deep as the sea, Red, Red is all I see" in the last stanza. At first I wasn't sure how I felt about rhyming "sea" and "see" but I think you really made it work.

Wasn't trying to rhyme with the "sea" and "see". Just how it come out when I typed out my feelings
