Words

The idea behind these words that I am going to speak here
is more or less remorse
Because, I feel I am tangled
within feelings scattered
Lost, breathless, void & narrow
all at the same time
So I wanted it to flow
may be here
Darkness was my friend
and now I am afraid when it shows me The End
Sometimes, I am lost in a crowd
Like no one knows
where I want to go, even I don’t know
Whenever I had to cross the dark
Like sometimes when I am walking down the road
I feel someone is standing at the other end
Just hidden behind the shadows
My voice starts to fade away
It feels as if I’ll eat myself up
one day

So much sadness and loneliness in these words, words that most are not brave enough to speak. Words of fear, sadness, want and need. I can relate to this in so many ways that is way too hard to explain. I can appreciate this Pragti, I truly can.

quite dark, deep, & tangled words u have come up with. everyone has past which belongs to some shades of love-life... and when it comes to overcome the present with some overwhelmed feelings of past-remorse, not just voice, but whole essence seems to fade away... to the emptiness of life. liked the free flow of words here... honest, picturesque, and well versed, of course, as always.

You know, I think you have expressed the feelings of many. We all feel remorse, loss, and lack of direction at times. I think it is best to express it, as you have done so well in your poem. And then, often, as if by magic, those emotions change and you feel much better. If I feel those horrible emotions, I often pick a flower, put it in a vase and contemplate how beautiful it is. That's better than eating yourself up! Well done for writing this heart-felt poem.
