Ode To Christina

a poem dedicated to the most awesome, beautiful and dearest friend I have. I'm glad that I came across such a wonderful person. =)

She’s an angel,

Hiding her halo,

Her wings, they must be invisible.

 

She’s an angel,

Walking a crowded street,

She’s the one I’m eager to meet.

 

She’s an angel,

Smiling a placid smile,

Even though people try to rip her heart from inside,

 

She’s an angel,

With a pure soul,

The one I can call my own,

 

She’s an angel,

Giving me reasons to live,

Her words I blindly believe.

 

She’s an angel,

This she denies,

But she secretly knows the fact somewhere in her mind.

 

She’s an angel,

And she’ll always be mine,

I’ll be forever glad to have her by my side

Despite being separated by miles.
