I sense a request, no, a plea in these lines. It reminded me of the Girl Child in India. I then became sad...When will they realize...she needs a chance to live, to dream, to fulfill, by being allowed to be born...

It is exactly not for girl child but for exceptional, handicapped, but yes that same plight can be seen for girls too in major part of the world.
