Narcissus at the Edge of Eternity

Tales From the Tragic Sip (Ep13)

In this episode of Tales From the Tragic Sip I take a look at romantic love and narcissism and why they are not so different. Included are the poems An Eternity and Mountains to Disassemble.

Over a cup of tea on a lazy Sunday Summer morning, listening to your enlightening digital sermon was a delicacy. I could only nod from my side :)

Thank you, Haley:)
dear Pryde... There are times when we can be
in love with love, however the person definitely
contributes to our fantasy. True love is awesome
and manifests itself in mysterious ways. I will
spend more time reading your poetry. truly... Pat

A very insightful and reassuring message that true love does encompass the eternal aspects of sincerity's gratuitous treasures. Great work. A genuine masterpiece. :)

Thank you, B-Poet:)
I liked the RoadHouse blues opening tune Pryde

Never trust a guy who wears a blanket as underwear lol - brilliant

The narcissus poem and accompanying slump is very clever
Mountains to disassemble is a real eye/heart opener. I actually saw the benefit of love in the moment - in my minds eye - for a first time. It removed a fear of loss - I hope it stays in mind.

Great stuff Pryde. This is the best yet, I feel.
Thanks for the RR my friend.

And Captcha - is just too good - hey... how come we never see you and Captcha in the same room together - lol
