calming ...nice way to start my day Pryde! thank you for sharing .. odd how the music does not focus my attention, seems disjointed ...yet somehow aids in emptying .. very soothing ..Namaste back at ya! ;)

If something is too lulling then you will fall asleep ... which is okay too ... but after a while you will start to feel rushes of energy and a feeling that your mind has cleared but is full ... you may also see connections that you did not see before. I am about to post today's ... I named this one Satisfaction ... I hope you will see why. Be up in about five or now:)
