"go to sleep" now that is the kind of advice i have at the top of my list ...nap time calls my name everyday ;) and i hear and obey :))) i was experienceing some strong personality conflicts at work (when i was working) and my beautiful Norma told me to "be a happy helper" ..i took that advice and was amazed at how fast "everyone else" changed ;) God bless my Norma!! i was free from that day forward ..attitude is everything it seems
