Passion Filled The Night

Passion Filled The Night

A Poem by Bethany Woody
"

Thanks Kelley!

"
He was a stranger
to me
the forbidden
and unknown
personified
into flesh.

A man
unlike any
I had known
strong yet
pale and
insubstantial
as rolling mists.

His eyes
they pierced me
and saw
everything
deep withing
my soul.

He was
the darkness
and
I was
by some
unseen thread
of desire
drawn
to him.

Strange
that he and I
should meet
Darkness
and the
Night
joined
unconsciencely.

His touch
like cold
fire
burned away
inhibitions
and fuled
the rage
of lust.

The moment
became
a madness
that left me
on the
brink
and passion
filled the
night.

I love it! You used those words just right....smiles
I never knew a comment could inspire beauty.
Your words flowed gently over my tongue like
water from a babbling brook.

Thanks for sharing Beth.
