Green Eyes

A poem about the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen and the ugly person they belong to. Original written on 11/18/09.

Captivates me
I have no air to breathe
They glisten like the morning sun
Shining at me
If only your heart did the same
Your eyes draw me in
But YOU draw me out
Your eyes speak for themselves
But there's one problem:
They are lying

Oh how I love green eyes! Green eyes and hazel eyes truly captivate me, they are so original and, in my opinion, they are the most lively eye color. Everyone always goes for the "blue eyes"... not me!
