A Poem by W. Lynch
"

A poem I started long, long ago that was very hateful and written out of anger. When I found it amongst the ancient wall carvings of the beginning of time in an old file, I finished it, so glad that I waited.

"

Truth pours out of the hole left by your curious dagger...

Did you really want to know?

Or were you just filling the gap?

If you truely didn't,

Why did you set the trap?

Hell yes I'm jealous!

Life makes me green with envy!

No I cannot just ignore

What's plainly in front of me...

Of course I'm full of lust.

Isn't that a stupid question?

My eye's corroded with

Public displays of affection.

Yes you've made me happy...

Giddy,jumpy, exuberant...

You made me believe

I'm not in the world.

The world is in me.

Your smile made me laugh.

You existance made me breathe.

Sometimes I i wondered if you would,

But I didn't care if you did decieve.

An absence made me cry,

Everyday a fresh tear.

I could wait an eternity for you to come,

Give anything to have you near.

I'm burning with anger.

A frustrating frenzy.

I've hit a life crisis

Before I'm even twenty.

I've bore a whole;

Now the poisons gone.

I thank you my love,

For letting me move on.

I really like this.
My favorite part would be
"You made me believe
I'm not in the world.
The world is in me."
That's very beautiful.
I hope to truly feel this way one day.
Great write

This is an excellent poem, and as you said, sometimes we have to cut our losses and move on. Well done.
