The bird who sings at dawn

The bird who sings at dawn

A Poem by Ria Carol
"

Poet describes about a bird who had strange perspectives about this world... Read in between the lines if you wish to understand what is truly being said here...

"

Listen up one and all,
about this merry dream of mine.
Where the bird that sings at dawn,
is the bird that surely dies.

In vain and agony it cries out loud
"oh why? oh god, oh why?"
Where the sinner and saint
is the reason, behind my pitiful cry.

With the wings of glory perched on my back
Why do I fly so low?
With the tinted melancholic voice
Why do I sing so slow?

Who dares to answers these,
Riddles one and two?
To him I shall say,
"I will set you free".

Very awesome read. I like how your writing flows together, to make me visualize everything that's going on. Many stories on here do that, and that's why most of the stories I read on here are good because you all are very talented and gifted, I visualized everything as I was reading it. Great writing. On to another topic. I have a website where I post my short stories, and blogs on. I also have ads on the website. I was wondering if you can go to my website, and click on any ad. you don't have to buy anything, I promise you won't get any viruses, all it is is google adsense on my website, and the more clicks on the ads, the more it helps grow my website. My website is bwlawson.com I appreciate it, that you would be taking part in helping my craft, business, product, and brand grow. Thank you!

Thank you...
When we feel broken in life the world seems moving faster and we on the contrary very slow... Every single moment we question our presence and ask our creator to see the situation we are in... I really like the sad imagery you have created here, it sounds really melancholic to be honest... I was fascinated by the title you have used.... Lovely my dear frnd...

Sincerely
Dhiman

Thank you so much!...your words are kind and encouraging
I wrote a piece awhile back called to orphan sparrows ... one bird understands what his wings are for and the other does not. Why just sing about it when one can fly. A really fantastic write, Ria:)

This is beautifully worded. It's quite ambiguous which is perfect for the reader. The Beatles used similar techniques as your third paragraph; and it definitely worked wonders for them. The riddles are quite ironic. Why would one with the power to fly above it all decide to stay down below? With the ability to sing a unique and beautiful song, why would one sing slowly and unsteadily? These questions aren't just relevant to this bird; even humanity in itself knows these questions; and wishes for their answers. Beautifully done, Ria.

Thank you ......im glad you did
only just saw the read request but better late than never, right?

the beauty of poetry is that to write something decent, the author has to sit back, wait, watch and the inspiration will come. it is absolutely clear that you have done just that and it shows in your writing. it is very cleverly thought out and strikingly true. beautifully written, nice job

Thank you very much for your words of kindness:)
the bird sees what many of us don't...man destroying him and herself...and that song gets heavier and heavier, slower and slower....even nature mourns for what we are doing to ourselves.
