Portrait of God

The bright expanse of the sky above
as a perfect never ending canvas

The glittering surface of the vast ocean below
as a mirror reflecting every fineness

The soft velvety clouds slightly dipped in
the season's first rain as brushes

The exquisite hues carefully extracted from
the arching rainbow as colours

A portrait of you shall be sketched my God
bestowing your blessing upon us
