The Power of Love

The Power of Love

A Poem by Rana trad
"

For all new lovers... beware the power of luv!!!

"

It is like a tornado

that strikes without an alarm,

that evacuates your heart

from all other feelings.

It travels inside your body

making you feel weightless;

floating in space,

but at any moment

gravity might come back,

and the damage that this tornado caused

might never be repaired.

And when that happens,

you should engulf all the broken pieces around you,

and put them all insideyou

like astrong tornado does.

Really nice poem, love the lines:

'and the damage that this tornado caused
might never be repaired.
And when that happens,
you should engulf all the broken pieces around you,
and put them all insideyou
like astrong tornado does.'

like the drama and energy it conjures up. well done x
