I'm writing you this letter not because I missed you, but to remind you how much I'm suffering because of you, to remind you how painful it was to ditch me while I needed you the most.

To apologize, for loving you this much and you didn't deserve it.

I gave you my all and then what? you gave me nothing. 

The problem is not that you're gone; your memories are still here and they're never fading away.

My life is full of agony right now and you're searching for a new person to love.

I'm writing you this letter and I'm full of tears.

This piece of writing tells the story of unrequited love that many have experienced & this is the way it can feel sometimes. This is my own preference, but I don't agree with blaming another person & accusing them of giving nothing, etc. We all go into relationships making our own independent choices. It's always a two-way street. The narrator of this seems like a person who can only see things one way, his way. I think this message is very true-to-life for some people, but I also feel this could be a more balanced picture of how a relationship ends, instead of just "poor me" . . .

Personal experience?

It's written well for the most part. You're missing a few commas, and you begin a sentence without a capital letter. It's hard to say if those grammatical mistakes were done on purpose because the story is very prose-y. Almost poetic.

It sounds to me that POV does miss this lost love, but for whatever reason is denying it so they can heal.

I like how the exact reason of the separation is unknown, which leaves something to the imagination.
