Constellation of thoughts

Constellation of thoughts

A Poem by Violet_Vitali
"

My thoughts, these scattered thoughts, I'm putting them into constellation now.

"

The silence wasn't complete

For the orchestra of rain was playing outside

Whence to moon shone with such deceit

Hence it accompanied my darkness to abide

Darkness

The reminiscent of a childhood fear

Resurfaces from the daunting shadows

Suffocates and release my tears

As the night threatens to swallow my soul

Fear

The pristine glint of a razor-sharp blade

Like an inkling of promise (forgotten)

Kissed my naked pale veins

Leaving behind a trail of poisoned (fire)

Pain

Darkness, fear and pain throw into a cage

Sealed away with a lock of false serenity

At the turn of the clock, it rampages

An inferno that disrupts the serenity

Night
