Christmas Prayer

Christmas Prayer

A Poem by StayAnchored
"

Just a thought turned into a poem

"
Christmas time has become a mime.
We wander through and forget about You.
We don't remember Your part in our lives.
It's like we stab You with little knives.
I try to recall all You did for me.
You made the breeze.
You made the trees.
You made the stars which led the way,
To a baby laying in the hay.
Lord help us in this Christmas season to spread your joy.
To spread your sound to the people all around.

great job, the second to last line sounds kind of thrown in there, but given the rest of your piece i'd say you more than make up for it:)
