problems in my little world.....best friend has turned on me in a time of crisis....watevr, i don't need someone like tht.......='(

You wonder why I do the things I do

You wonder what makes me so depressed

You wonder why I’ve been so sensitive

But would you even understand if I told you?

 

You ask what’s wrong

You ask why am I being so stupid

You ask me to tell you what’s on my mind

But would you even understand if I told you?

 

Would you understand my annoyance?

Would you understand my pain?

Would you understand my reasons behind it all?

No, you wouldn’t

 

You’ll criticize me

Mock me

Get angry at me

And say I’m acting stupid

 

You want to be my best friend?

Then look at me and see what I’m going through

I need you now more than ever before

So why are you treating me like some ridiculous stranger?

I can relate because people don't know how to treat people sometimes. I think your friend needs to be more understanding. Some people just try to jump on you to make you feel worse about yourself then you already are. I liked the ending as well. I can say that most people don't understand me. My friends have to take a class to understand me. I know what I have and I try to get them to listen, but they don't. I try not to get angry at them for not understanding. Everyone is sensitive. I am a very sensitive person. Getting hurt is what drives me to do what I do. Like last year when I used to cut myself it was all driven out of hurt. If a friend is criticizing you then they are not your friend. They are doing that to hurt you. You are not acting stupid...although cutting isn't really a good solution, but I've done it too so I know how you feel about that. If your friend isn't there for you...you should probably tell him/her that he/she is not being a very good friend. I liked this though. Thanks for sharing. :()
