Who else, but me?

Who else, but me?

A Poem by Rémi Ruben
"

Who’s the remote-control, of my cells?

"

Who else, but me? If nobody else? - Who’s the remote-control, of my cells?

I questioned my tutors, and mentors

Who else but me, is to be my lord?

Got the answer, in my interior

Nothing and no one, I should adore

Who else, but me? If nobody else? - Who’s the remote-control, of my cells?

Who else, is to bless, my aptitude?

Who can better, mold my attitude?

As gentle as a man, can handle the reins

As bright as a lady, can tangle the brains

Who else, but me? If nobody else? - Who’s the remote-control, of my cells?

 Who stirs, my ticklish heebie-jeebies?

 Just a little of, mathematics

Who can make my blood, boil without me agreeing?

Who can impede me, to become something?

Who else, but me? If nobody else? - Who’s the remote-control, of my cells?

Sum up some faith, and a bunch of deed

It always comes up, to as much feat

The more, I polish my language of concord

The luckier I feel, in each endeavor

Who else, but me? If nobody else? - Who’s the remote-control, of my cells?

Sum up some faith, and a bunch of deed

It always comes up, to as much feat

Brothers and sisters of my soul, it urges!

No point hunting, for elsewhere, hidden treasures!
