WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO YOU?

What does it mean to inspire?
we know the text book definition,
but what does it mean to you?
what makes the heart swell?
what makes your living true?

It may be something you see,
it may be something that's free,
I know for me, I find it in words,
that I huddle like herds,

but, for some it may be science
or astrology, or helping one
in need and restoring a little
faith back into humanity,

yet, it could be, the rise
of the morning sun, or a truth
from a child so young, then
again it could be, watching
someone deal with some
adversity, though, whatever
it may be,
to inspire you is to inspire me.
