JERICHO'S WALL

Collect all the tears, 
wash away the fears, 
back into the arms 
of a mother's love, 

from harm they flee 
to the land of the free, 
risks taken for their beloved, 

to unjustified rage 
putting children in a cage 
the fall of...humanity 

acts of insanity 
in the name of
Christianity, 
punishing our 
earthly cherubs, 

fall of the wall, 
when to heed the call 
and the cries 
of children dying 
inside.
