My words are there
but falling on blind ears,
again and again,
words of freedom,
words of sadness,
words of inequality,
words of unity,
words of anger,
words of racism,
words of truth,
still they have no audience,
no sight, no meaning,
a past holding the reigns
and a future hostage...
words left to silence,
where no one wins,
