CASTLESA Poem by Rene Veleza poem about performing on stage
Do not pretend of a pivoting ear
none more prepared for challenging fear riders pull the reigns yet horses do steer to again meet the hurt of an aging King Lear set against the ramparts, a souvenir hearts of a child, destiny commandeers is the action of fate what life volunteers judgement is the face of unwanted peers a kings road one must travel, the toil and gravel, writings to unravel may the words be ample, lights to a candle hearths with no mantles, treasure chests with no handles set to open hands, they feel the wind blow from battle to bow let the arrow Go. © 2015 Rene VelezReviews
