CIMMERIAN MIRRORS

She channeled her anger,
colors of crimson red and
midnight blue, her canvas true,
walls she walked through

I extend a reassuring hand but
her palms hold the darkest storms,
she is lost in emotions
with no free hand to wipe
the cimmerian mirrors of her heart

but I am not clever enough or
wrong enough to fulfill her needs
I am here in her fear,
her halls marked with
the cruel and insincere,
a world of blood and stone

emotions I will atone,
I will paint her canvas in loving tones.
