Darken Mind

How can you feel the sun upon your face,

when you are stuck in the dark,

staring at a wall in witch you can't make out.

Hoping that the light will find a way,

to enter this darken room and somehow brighten up your day.

Sometimes minutes feel like hours,

and hours feels like days.

You just loose track of time,

When the light dose not want to shine.

Stuck in this room with no way of escape,

Every effort seems to waste away,

With every passing day.

You begin to loose your mind,

Slowly loosing your humanity,

all that makes you who you are.

Drifting away in to nothing but dust,

Yet some how you just must.

Because when the light dose not shine,

and you are stuck in the dark,

your mind will drift away,

and you will never see a new day.
