Ants

Ants

A Poem by Richard Guimond
"

Home invasion

"

Ants

Ants, ants, my house is infested !
Walking Morse Code invasion
Lines and dots on my pantry
Dots in lines on the floor
Binary designed assault teams
Are making my kid screams

OOhh I think they are mainly harmless little guys but damn if seeing them in food areas doesn't make us feel queasy. Ants havent colonised much of Ireland but I saw them in Spain running to and fro in their columns. Fascinating to look at.
Hey - the way I see it the ants have an ancestral claim to be in the P-ANT-RY - its even in the name. ;D

I found this to be humorous. We've all been invaded by an army of ants. They're always so diligent in working and carrying out their duties. Very well written!

Marching ants. I imagine the ants communicating in morse while doing a recon around a piece of crumb on the floor. I think it was great. Thank you for sharing.
