A Billion Stars⁓* (dreamily sensual)

A Billion Stars⁓* (dreamily sensual)

A Poem by Richard🖌
"

Rhyming Quatrains in 10-count.

"

Beyond yon heavens, mountains, seas, far land,
in deep, yearning dreams, warm touch of her hand.
A wind, softly as silk,
 whispers my name;
light as a feather … moist lips light a flame!

Most often it’s sad, the nightingale’s song …
this night it sings all I’ve dreamt of so long.
Sensations abound behind yearning eyes,
passion’s searing breaths, graze quivering thighs.

Adrift in the night, flowed deep through my core,
her dark, sparkling eyes that promise far more.
Caressed senses, gyrations of fervor …
her carnal tastes, I cannot  help savor.

Across my chest slides hair, dark as the night,
upon me she lays, proportioned just right …
o’ life divine, how my heart soars to flight,
as she takes me within … warm, wet, so tight.

The night sky awakens, planets surround,
in all our places, sensations abound …
soaring ethers of lovemaking’s high crest,
midst a billion stars
 two dreamers so blessed*

2nd attempt to review this poem, hopefully I won't delete it too. Richard, please PLEASE teach me to write like this!!! I love how your words just flow so effortlessly. But, more importantly...how you get such emotions across. Honestly, I read each line and the anticipation builds!...starts way down deep...just can't be contained..Your poetry is so vibrant, so emotional, so heart tugging...I feel every delicious word and thought expressed. It's like when you have finished reading an awesome book....and ya just sit back and savor all the good parts...wishing you could read more. That's what you do...that feeling of "give me more" :-) Oh I love your poetry. Thank YOU..

Where have you been, darlin'? It is like you dropped off the face of the earth. I found this piece to be very erotically sensual, but not in a crude way like I usually write it. I wish I could write so eloquently. I agree with Susan Capozzi about how your words flow so effortlessly. I find it to be a very poignant write. Makes me wish I was that special lady. ;) Loved it. More please! :D

There are no words that I can share to explain how this piece makes me feel, all the way into my core! The "special lady" who inspired this piece should definitely be breathless and very appreciative after reading your words. Sir, you do have a knack for writing exactly what women want to hear. You are very welcome and its been my pleasure to read your words Sir. 😊
If you ask me to choose which is my favourite lines among these I will be still confused...

All of it is just as wonderful as you Richard ;)

The lady seem to be a lucky one to have had the honour to be bestowed with such pure ecstasy from your side.

But I liked these lines somehow it sums it's up all in a short sweet manner.

Most often it’s sad, the nightingale’s song …
this night it sings all I’ve dreamt of so long.

The flow of the poem is like the velvet flowing of the skin.
The wording are just like the sweet chocolates that melts in mouth
The taste of love still lingers in the mouth after reading your breath taking beautiful creation...
Very glad to read it again to find a new star every time I read it.

When I read your comments on Einstein's poem (helped by Richard) I was going to read one of your poems and give you a bollicking! But when I read this poem I thought it was rather nice. Rhyming Quatrains! Original and unstilted rhymes, and a soft gentle rhythm. Lovely. Iw ill read more of yours!

This is amazing! It's beautifully written! My favorite lines were...
"Adrift in the night, flowed deep through my core,

Those words made me shudder, filling in emotion to my heart and soul. This was a touching poem, and has what a reader would desire :)
