Chaos

Chaos

A Poem by Rita
"

Ignore the title. It's unofficial.

"

There is a light that shines--In the beginning,
As our eyes widen better to see,
And clouds them with blindness,
To a ruthless humanity.

We are thrown into pandemonium,
A fervent disarray,
Set on the road to Bedlam,
Where all are led astray.

Our persons submerge in chaos,
Yet there is a single hope that shines,
A light at the end of the tunnel,
The reflection in our minds.

We grasp for it's distant brilliance--
Serenity that we crave,
The sanctuary where our restless souls,
Can lie beyond the grave.

I really liked this one Rita, and for the record rubbish is what people throw out, this ones a keeper, never doubt your talent because perhaps one poem will only touch that one soul who it was meant for, keep writin Rita

Once again you have taken mere words and woven them together artfully in this piece. By the way, I am rather fond of the title of this.
