Abounding BlissA Poem by Rita L. Seva sonnetIf my heart was a flower in full bloom Your love would be the sunshine and the rain Your voice would chase away the clouds of
gloom One touch of your hand takes away all pain
So long I searched to find my other half A soul mate who would make my world complete The one who sings an ode on my behalf From your embrace I never would retreat
I pledge my life to you, a solemn vow A heart of desolation nevermore To you all joy and honor I endow Together, darkest tides we will endure
Upon each day with you I reminisce The angels sing of our abounding bliss © 2013 Rita L. SevAuthor's Note
