The Troll

The Troll

A Poem by RomAnna

Quietly, the mat releases across the ground.

Warm, moist air lingers in the room.

Drifting colors flow from one wall to the next,

carried further by delicate sunlight.

Lowering to the mat, weight shifts from bones to earth;

Encouraging a multi-faceted release.

Invisible space illuminates,

playfully requesting my consideration.

But any such desire is inconsolable;

A serene intent interrupted.

Unsettling thoughts mischievously dance,

escorting stillness to another dimension.
