Miss me not

Miss me not

A Poem by Liz
"

We all know we gona die one day and leave our loved ones behind... This is farewell to those who remai. Inspired by the famous poem, "Remember"- Christina Rossetti, I decided to do this one

"
Miss me not when I am gone,
I beg thee to please move on.
For as the Lord calls each star by name,
So will He, to each and everyone, do the same

Miss me not when I'm the chosen one,
When my work here on earth is done.
And when the journey comes to an end,
Miss me not my dear old friend.

Miss me not coz I'll always be near,
Always in your heart, always dear.
As I watch over you like an angel from above,
Miss me not coz you have many more to love.

And when I have returned back to dust, I beg thee,
Don't wish for me to return, just let me be.
For my soul is at rest, finally set free,
I beg you, don't miss me.

Oh when the hour comes do not cry,
Hide away your tears, i beg you to try.
Don't be sad
For I'm going home, rather be glad

Don't miss me
I'm off to be with the maker so I can't stay.
The angels have made way.
We'll meet again some day.
