I miss you!

I miss you!

A Poem by Darkest Rose

I look down at my empty bed,
At the place where you should lie,
And I just can't help myself,
From crying out in sorrow.
You promised me you'd be there,
To hold me through the nights,
When the rain lashed down
And thunder shook the night.
And Wheres your love gone now?
Did you take it with you,
Carry it through the night
And hope I wouldn't miss you?
Oh I promise I'll be strong,
Hold my head up high,
But whenever I think of you,
I just breakdown and cry.
And Where's your love gone now?
Did you take it with you,
Carry it through the night,
And hope I wouldn't miss you?
Cause' all I wish is for you to see,
Is that I'm nothing without you,
I just need you there with me,
To promise me it's alright.
And I wander through these empty streets,
Begging for your whereabouts.
Come back to me and see,
Just how much I miss you.
And wheres your love gone now?
Did you take it with you,
Carry it through the night,
And hope I wouldn't miss you?
Oh baby just come back to me,
And hold me tight.
Oh baby just come to me,
And say it's alright.

Good poem.like the way you directly address your lost love,it would make a good song or story.

That must have been some book... be cause this is really some song, I love this. The emotion in this is really nice, just needing that comfort back, that somebody special near. And... I miss you.
