Hero

Hero

A Poem by SPF

Hate is the gun
Fate pulls the trigger
My anguish the sun
That grows bigger and bigger
Vivid hues
Stain my dark skies
The dark skies my life
The vivid hues, lies
Unearthly moons
Infest my dreams
The terrifying groans
Their venomous deeds
Detestation, a serpent
Covetous and revolting
Challenges to repent
But continues insulting
This isn’t a fairy tale
The Villains vanquished the Hero
The lowlifes made her fail
And left her self esteem at zero
Standing in the weary morn
The Hero will cast away all their wrong
They will regret the day they were born
For the Free stander stays strong
The white snow is stained
With the poisonous blood
Form the Villains it rained,
After the Hero stood
She over-threw the Villains
And massacred the snake
The Villains the haters
The serpent, the hate
For what was right
She did stand tall
Even after a fight
Even after a fall
I will  not change
To be who you want me to be
I will remain unchanged
For the Hero is me.
