In Your Heart, It Overflows

Whatever it was that had to take it’s toll,

This is life and we have no control.

Unfair it may seem at times,

Strength there in your heart lies.

Don’t ever run out of dreams to chase,

Of hands that heal and palms that pray.

Don’t ever be too high you can’t see the ground,

Stars are only beautiful from afar.

Life is a struggle, but a beautiful one.

When you fight and you fall, don’t stay and roll,

Dust the dirt off, stand, and carry on.

Why give up after a single fall?

No game ends until you say it so.

For of faith and hope, you can never run out of.

Because in your heart, it overflows.
