If the World Was Reversed

If the world was reversed the cigarettes would smoke people.

Our greed filling their lungs with black tar.The carcenogens would be hate and lies.

The cigarettes with clear minds could see that all people truely are, beautiful things, yet dangerous things, a venus flytrap of sorts,weaving a web of love and addiction with the persuasive and untruthful happiness of their world 

Only to poke and prod with swords and needles. the people kiss the cigarettes lips then place a hook in the corner of their well worn paper mouths bit this hook must be 

ripped out and with that hook comes a string. 

the string that begins to 

unravel 

the 

soul. 

Oh! But the world need not be reversed because 

people use people 

and that is far more addicting than cigarettes.
