Run away from here

This place this time

Escape to a world where it’s quiet and I can think?

 

Will you let me go

Leave this world

Leave you behind

Escape to the place where time doesn’t exist?

 

Can I escape to the place where I can think

Where time doesn’t exist

Where I can let my feelings float

And follow the music till it leads to the end of the road?

 

Will you let me go

Let me fly

Let me soar

Let me live whilst I can?

I really liked the line, "And follow the music till it leads to the end of the road?" Just really liked that line. This poem made me feel kind of like I was out of this world for a moment, when I was reading it. Does that make sense? It was like I wasn't really alive, nor dead. Just... o.o

I want to applaud you, because I though this poem was really good. -le applauds you-

I just think maybe you don't need a comma after every line, or maybe the capital letters in every line disrupt the flow of the poem a little bit - like the capital letters are the start of a new sentence every time. Yeah? :)
